Job summary

Germain Hotels group is seeking a Host to welcome guests, manage guest flow during service, and ensure guests are well taken care of while they wait. The role includes handling reservations and adjusting table arrangements based on operational needs.

Reporting to the Restaurant/Bar Manager, you will set up spaces before service, take and deliver orders, and maintain cleanliness and safety across dining and bar areas. On-site, full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is an asset.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stay active throughout a shift.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility, helpfulness, and patience.
