Job summary

SSP Canada is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for Ottawa International Airport, Zak's Diner. You will oversee both front and back of house operations, ensure food quality and safety, and drive cost controls in a high-volume setting.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in full-service restaurant management with bar experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with executives. Clearance checks and a security-appropriate workspace are part of the process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Full-service restaurant management (with bar experience), proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
• Ability to obtain clearance on a 5 year Transport Canada background check
