Job summary

SSP Canada is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house and kitchen operations in a high-volume airport setting. The position offers $55,400–$59,400 per year plus bonus potential, with health, dental, vision, life plans, RRSP matching, and employee assistance programs.

You will lead and develop a team, manage costs and budgets, ensure food safety standards, and uphold brand specifications in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2 years in food service management required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service in a management/supervisory capacity.
• Culinary background is desirable.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Officeand Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
