Job summary

SSP Canada at Ottawa International Airport is seeking a Senior Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager to oversee airport-based hospitality across multiple brands, drive guest service, and lead a high-performing team.

You will manage training, staff retention, food and labor costs, P&L accountability, shifts, sanitation, safety, and policy compliance, reporting to the on-site Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Progressive Restaurant Management Experience.
• Culinary Management preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Multi-unit Restaurant Management with General Manager direct reports.
• Minimum of 3 years full-service restaurant with bar General Manager level experience.
• P&L expert level with ability to teach and coach General Managers.
• Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-unit restaurant operations within an airport environment.
• Train and retain an excellent staff while delivering outstanding hospitality.
• Manage food cost, labor cost, and shared P&L responsibility.
• Run shifts, maintain sanitation, safety and cleanliness, and enforce company policies.
• Support the team of Restaurant General Managers reporting to this position.

SSP Canada operates several restaurants throughout Ottawa International Airport include:Starbucks, Cork & Well, Darcy McGees, Cafe En Vin, Jetbox, Tim Horton's, Bridgehead Coffee, Big Rig Brewing, and Urban Crave.

TheSenior Multi-Unit Restaurant Managerhas responsibilities for all areas and aspects of multi-unit restaurant operations within an airport. Managerial tasks to include, but not limited to, training and retaining an excellent staff, delivering outstanding hospitality, food cost and labor cost, shared P&L responsibility, running shifts, maintaining sanitation, safety and cleanliness, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. The team of Restaurant General Managers reports directly to this position. This position reports to on-site Director of Operations.
