Job summary

SSP Canada is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for Zak's Diner at Ottawa International Airport. The role oversees front and back of house operations, ensures food quality and safety, and drives cost control while leading a high-volume team in a full-service restaurant with bar.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 4years of restaurant management experiencein a full-service w/bar environment.
• Full-service restaurant management (with bar experience), proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
• Ability to obtain clearance on a 5 year Transport Canada background check
