Job summary

Milestones Millstream, located at Suite E, 2401 Millstream Road, Langford, BC, is seeking a permanent, full-time restaurant supervisor/manager. The role includes day/evening shifts, with a wage of $90,000 annually for 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or restaurant management role.
• College/CEGEP education required.
• Food safety/handling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of various departments and senior staff positions.
• Coordinate the work of departments within the restaurant.
• Establish objectives for the business and approve policies and programs.
• Represent the restaurant in negotiations or official functions.
• Select middle managers and delegate authority to them.
• Administer budget and implement marketing strategies.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
