Milestones Whistler is seeking a skilled kitchen supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Whistler, BC. You will supervise cooks and kitchen helpers, requisition supplies, and ensure quality and safety standards are met across all service stages.

Wage: $38.40 per hour, 40 hours per week

Job Description: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Requisition food and kitchen supplies, Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation; Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Establish work schedules; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; May perform same duties as workers supervised.
