EY Canada is seeking a Resource Management Supervising Associate to support the Consulting RM Lead(s) and help optimize staffing across client engagements in Canada. You will analyze capacity, maintain schedules, and coordinate with project teams to align resources with demand.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel, solid communication skills in English (French is a plus), and experience staffing consulting professionals. Collaboration with HR and the RM function is essential to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience staffing consulting professionals or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; proficient with MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French a plus.
• Commitment to client service and issue resolution.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Able to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a professional services setting.

Responsibilities

• Support RM SSL Leads in addressing complex scheduling assignments.
• Review CRM/pipeline data to align resources with deals and pursuits.
• Conduct skill and bio/CV searches to match project needs.
• Create/maintain accurate personnel and client project schedules.
• Identify available resources in the near term.
• Monitor unassigned resources to minimize idle time.
• Communicate scheduling changes to RM leads regularly.
• Collaborate with Resource Management on staffing requirements.
• Demonstrate effective teaming with RM teams and participate in ad hoc projects.
