Rimrock Banff invites applications for a Resort Driver. You’ll be the first and last impression for guests, transporting them safely to townsites, attractions, and scheduled excursions, using sedans, SUVs, and a 20-passenger shuttle.

This role is about more than transporting guests, it’s about shaping the first and last impression of the guest journey. As a Resort Driver, you are a highly visible and trusted presence, often the very first welcome and the final farewell our guests experience.
Through warm, authentic interactions and meticulous attention to detail, you elevate each drive into an extension of our luxury hospitality experience.
We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to set you up for success. For candidates requiring a Class 4 driver's licence, we will support you through the process and reimbursement of the cost of a successful Class 4 test.

*Sign On Bonus - eligible applicants who apply on or after August 19, 2026 will receive a $500 sign-on bonus (taxable), payable over the first three months of employment, as follows: $150 after the first month, $150 after the second month, and $200 after the successful completion of the third month of employment. Payments are subject to the employee remaining actively employed and in good standing at the time each payment is due.
