Job summary

Rimrock Banff is seeking a Bellperson to be the first impression for guests, delivering trusted, calm service from arrival to departure. You’ll warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, transportation, and parking, and introduce resort amenities with confidence.

This role emphasizes safety, hospitality excellence, and teamwork with Front Office and Concierge to ensure seamless journeys in a luxury setting. Alberta Class 5 license preferred; willingness to obtain Alberta Class 4 license.

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality or guest service experience is preferred.
  • Naturally warm, polished, and professional demeanor.
  • High attention to detail with a conscientious approach.
  • Ability to remain calm and reliable in busy arrivals, departures and mountain weather.
  • Alberta Class 5 driver’s license; willingness to obtain Alberta Class 4 license.

As aBellperson, you are the first impression and a steady presence throughout their journey. With a natural service orientation, attention to detail, and calm professionalism, you ensure that every guest interaction is smooth, thoughtful, and memorable.

What You'll De Doing


Guest Connection


  • Warmly greet and farewell guests,assistingwith luggage, transportation, and parking.

  • Escort guests to rooms, introducing resort amenities and services with confidence and clarity.

Operational Excellence


  • Safely handle guest luggage, packages, and special belongings with care and discretion.

  • Support guest services including valet parking, ski/gear storage, shuttle transfers, and amenities.

  • Maintain an orderly, polished atmosphere in lobby and public areas.

  • Adhere to all Rimrock safety, security, and service protocols with precision and consistency.



Team & Culture


  • Collaborate with Front Office andConciergeto deliver seamless guest journeys.

  • Work steadily and reliably in both predictable and peak periods.

  • Previousexperience operating passenger shuttles or luxury vehicles.

  • A background in ski or outdoor gear services.

Physical Demands


  • Continuous standing and walking forlong periodsof time.

  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs / 23kg.

  • Pushing and pulling luggage carts and guest items.

  • Bending, reaching, and handling of guest belongings.

  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.



Visa Requirements:Must be legallyauthorizedto work in Canada.
