Job summary

The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory in Moncton, NB is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to provide professional support to residents on conditional release at Greenfield House, coordinating intake, assessment and ongoing case management.

You will supervise residents, respond to crises, maintain confidential records, and liaise with the Parole Office. The role requires bilingual ability and a correctional techniques certificate or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Correctional Techniques Certificate or equivalent training.
• Computer literacy required.
• Bilingual or willingness to pursue second language.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain records.
• Ability to work unsupervised and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and oversee Greenfield House.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of files and residents.
• Write detailed reports in a timely manner.
• Respond effectively in crisis situations and exercise good judgment.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility.
