The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory is seeking a dedicated Caseworker/Chaplain to provide supervision and pastoral care in a residential setting. The role involves case management, crisis support, and coordinating programs to help residents achieve personal goals.

You will work with managers to develop PDPs, maintain accurate records, and liaise with community partners to ensure safety and well-being for clients and staff. English fluency is required.

Qualificações

• Two years of experience in case management, outreach or group facilitation in a social service setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet navigation.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain case files and perform intake/discharge procedures with clients.
• Develop Personal Development Plans (PDP) with clients and monitor progress.
• Coordinate programs and respond to client needs in line with policies.
• Liaise with police, funders, court personnel and community agencies.
