Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking motivated sales professionals for its November 2026 training class in the Greater Toronto area. Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled residential appointments, present window and door replacement options, and help homeowners decide on the same day.

This role is a strong closing position with uncapped commissions and paid training, offering a realistic earning potential of $150k–$200k.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Travel up to 3 hours for daily appointments.
• Lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Comfortable navigating iPad applications.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $150k-$200k
