Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a high-energy Window & Door Sales Consultant (Design Consultant) to cover the Greater Toronto / South West Ontario region. You will visit residential homes, present replacement options, and close same-day deals.

This full-time, commission-based role offers paid training, uncapped commissions, an annual top-performer trip, and a comprehensive benefits package including RRSP, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window/door replacement projects.
• This position is a strong sales closing role with a full commission structure (uncapped).
• Participate in paid training with ongoing coaching and mentorship.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $150k-$200k

Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship

Opportunity to compete for annual Sales Trip for top performers
