Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking a motivated Design Consultant for the Greater Toronto / South West Ontario area. This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training and an uncapped commission structure.

You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacement options, helping homeowners make same-day decisions. Expect to travel up to 3 hours daily, lift light samples, and learn a proven sales process.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments daily (required).
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and present sales options.
• Provide information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window/door replacements.
• This role is a strong sales closing position with no cold calling or project management.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $150k-$200k

Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship
