Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking motivated Design Consultants for the Greater Ottawa area. You will visit homeowners’ residences, present window and door replacement options, and aim to close same-day decisions with a premium product line.

This is a full-time, commission-based role with paid training, mentorship, and annual incentives. Travel up to 3 hours per day, no cold calling, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Have a valid Driver’s License and be willing to travel up to 3 hours for appointments.
• Capable of lifting 40-60 lbs. of sample materials and navigating apps on an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations at pre-scheduled residential appointments and close deals the same day.
• No cold calling; focus on closing opportunities using a proven sales process.
• Support homeowners through the design consultant experience and build relationships.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $150k-$200k
