Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated Design Consultants to join our Greater Toronto / South West Ontario team. You will visit pre-scheduled home appointments to present window and door replacement options and close on the same-day decision. This is a full-time, commission-based role with uncapped earnings and paid training.

Average consultants earn $150k-$200k in annual compensation, with ongoing coaching and the chance to win top performer rewards and trips. Travel required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel up to 3 hours daily for appointments.
• Able to lift 40–60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Proficient with iPad applications.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $150k-$200k

Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship
