Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant for the Greater Toronto/South West Ontario region. This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training and uncapped commissions with top earners earning $150k–$200k.

Design Consultants visit residential homes, conduct sales presentations, and help homeowners choose replacement windows and doors. Daily travel, a valid license, and a proven sales track record are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 3 hours for appointments daily.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury/high-value transactions.
• Ability to navigate applications on an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments and present windows/doors solutions.
• Close sales on the same day with homeowners.
• Follow structured sales process and participate in training.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen and maintain customer focus.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

Compensation And Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $150k-$200k

Qualifications
