Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants visit residential homes for sales presentations and aim to close on the same day without cold calling, offering an uncapped commission and comprehensive support.

This full-time role includes paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to compete for annual sales trips, with a full insurance package and employer RRSP.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information needed to make a same-day decision on window and door replacement projects; close sales without cold calling.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.
