Renewal by Andersen is recruiting for a Field Sales Consultant to attend pre-scheduled home appointments in Greater Toronto and South West Ontario. You will present replacement window and door options and guide homeowners to a same-day decision.

Role offers a full-time, commission-based package with paid training and uncapped earnings potential. Expect to travel regionally as needed and join a high-performing sales team with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel up to 3 hours daily.
• Able to lift 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $150k-$200k

Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship
