Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to cover the Greater Toronto / South West Ontario Territory. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments, present window and door replacement solutions, and guide homeowners to same-day decisions.

This is a full-time, commission-based role with paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to win an annual Sales Trip. Expect travel and a performance-driven environment backed by a trusted brand.

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License required.
Willingness to travel up to 3 hours for appointments daily.
Ability to lift 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
Comfort navigating applications on an iPad.
2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

Go to pre-scheduled residential appointments and conduct sales presentations.
Provide homeowners with information to make same-day decisions on window and door replacements.
Close sales in a non-telemarketing, appointment-driven environment.
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship.
