Job summary

The Master Group is seeking a Residential Territory Manager to lead Bosch Home Comfort sales across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. You will recruit dealer partners, develop territory plans, and enable dealers to grow residential HVAC by applying strong technical knowledge and relationship-building skills.

Travel is required, and you will collaborate with Master and Bosch teams to drive brand adoption, support promotions, and deliver training to dealer staff for ongoing market success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC-R with residential heating/cooling experience.
• Experience in dealer/channel development or technical sales.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and controls.
• Proven ability to grow dealer relationships and drive sales.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard Bosch-branded residential dealers in the territory.
• Develop territory business plans aligned with Bosch and company goals.
• Deliver product training to dealer staff and installation teams.
• Champion the Bosch brand and support marketing and promotions.
• Provide market insights, pricing feedback, and forecasting input.
