Job summary

The Master Group is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative in Vaughan, ON to promote HVAC equipment and solutions to Residential HVAC-R clients. You will assess customer needs, recommend products, and provide technical support to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, delivering presentations and proposals, and traveling to sites and events within Canada and the USA. A strong HVAC background and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications is an asset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Travel to meet clients and attend events; passport and drivers license required for travel in Canada and USA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients to promote HVAC equipment and services.
• Analyze client requirements and propose suitable HVAC equipment/solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
• Collaborate within the residential sales team to drive growth of main brands.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
