Job summary

NDura Developments in Edmonton is seeking a Residential Design and Selections Consultant for a contract role, offering CA$60,000-CA$75,000 annually based on experience. You will guide clients through finish packages, refine residential design packages, and ensure selections are construction-ready.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related discipline preferred.
• Portfolio or examples of relevant residential design work required.
• Availability for in-person meetings in Edmonton and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through finish packages, colour palettes, fixtures, materials, and upgrade options.
• Lead selections meetings and help clients make informed decisions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and trades.
• Maintain accurate product, colour, supplier, specification, and substitution records.
• Ensure selections align with budgets, schedules, and project requirements.
• Review architectural drawings and finish schedules to avoid conflicts.
