Job summary

Brookfield Residential Edmonton is seeking a Design Lead to drive the design team, maintain the product line and support the production program. The role requires industry experience and strong CAD/REVIT proficiency to refine elevations and drawings while aligning with city bylaws and customer requests.

You will mentor designers, manage design changes, and collaborate with Sales, Construction and Estimating to ensure timely delivery and quality across multiple communities.

Qualifications

Post-Secondary Diploma in Architectural Technologies, Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience in homebuilding/design is preferred.
Strong knowledge of building codes and industry requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the Design team and maintain the product line and production program.
Set up and manage CAD/REVIT files and drawings.
Coordinate with Sales, Construction, Estimating and Trade Partners.
