Job summary

Impact Recruitment is hiring a Construction Coordinator for a Surrey-based residential construction client on a 1-year contract. You will support multiple projects from tender through closeout, reporting to the Construction Manager and collaborating with Project Managers, trades, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes organization, initiative, and proactive problem solving across the full project lifecycle, including trade tenders, setup, occupancy planning, and closeout

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator in construction.
• Experience with residential construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade tender packages, schedules, bid submissions and analysis.
• Prepare Letters of Intent and maintain tender/contract tracking.
• Support project setup and maintenance of project trackers and documentation.
• Coordinate RFIs, site instructions, change orders, and communications between site, consultants, trades and head office.
• Review shop drawings and submittals and coordinate with the Construction Manager.
• Maintain project schedules and identify risks to timelines and occupancy.
• Attend site meetings and support project managers and coordinators.
