Job summary

We are seeking a Construction Coordinator for a 1-year contract in Surrey to support multiple residential projects from tender through closeout. You will work with Project Managers, site teams, trades, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and project documentation is accurate.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator role.
• Residential construction experience preferred.
• Experience with shop drawings, scheduling, or contracts.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction PM software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with trades and stakeholders.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade tender packages, schedules, bid submissions, bid leveling, bid analysis, and recommendations.
• Prepare and issue Letters of Intent and maintain tender tracking.
• Support project setup with contact lists, trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate RFIs, Site Instructions, change orders, and communications between site, consultants, trades, and head office.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate submittals with the Construction Manager.
• Maintain project schedules and trackers and identify risks to timelines.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for trade and management meetings.
• Coordinate consultant inspections and distribution lists.
• Manage commissioning, final inspection, and closeout activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation in ProjectSight.
