Job summary

Clearway Group of Companies is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, supervision, and execution of construction projects across the Lower Mainland. You will support the Project Manager and Superintendent with project administration, client coordination, and subcontractor communications.

The role reports to the Project Director and requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office and construction scheduling tools, and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Education in civil engineering or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel; familiarity with Adobe suite.
• Civil construction knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, supervision and execution of construction projects.
• Support Project Manager and Superintendent with administration and field work.
• Maintain logs, shop drawings, RFIs, and purchase orders; ensure safety documentation.
