Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Design and Construction in managing project timelines, budgets, procurement, documentation, closeout, and design phases.
  • Support communication between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Track progress, prepare reports, andhelpensure project alignment with goals.
  • Assist in reviewing and tracking construction drawings, shop drawings, change orders, RFIs, and etc.
  • Attend site visits, design meetings, construction meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and etc.

Qualifications:

  • 5years of Canadian experience in construction or development.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Procore, project management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is a Plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Contract:6 to 9 months full-time
