Kinetic Construction Ltd. in Victoria, BC, is hiring a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and client/subtrade liaison support to the Project Management and Estimating Teams.

The role requires coordinating activities, reviewing drawings, and ensuring timely communication with subtrades. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 3–5 years of construction experience, with strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in MS Office,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline/equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of construction experience.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards.
• Basic understanding of construction sequences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, SmartSheet and Procore.
• Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients.
• Basic knowledge of BIM/VDC services, standards, implementation and practice is an asset.
