Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and public washrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of commercial office spaces, meeting rooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and empty waste and recycling bins.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects, including carpet cleaning.
• Clean and maintain specialized amenity spaces such as fitness centres.
• Prepare vacant residential suites for move-ins, move-outs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with team to support a safe, clean property environment.
• Monitor, organize, and restock cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and public washrooms.
• Maintain the cleanliness of commercial office spaces, meeting rooms, and other high-traffic facility areas.
• Complete routine cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and emptying waste and recycling bins.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects, including carpet cleaning and other detailed cleaning tasks.
• Clean and maintain specialized amenity spaces, including fitness centres and dog wash stations.
• Thoroughly clean vacant residential suites to prepare them for move-ins, move-outs, and inspections.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support a safe, clean, and professional property environment.
• Monitor, organize, and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills

Transportation Requirements
