Job summary

Rockport Commercial is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain our residential and commercial properties in Winnipeg. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our buildings are clean, welcoming, and well-presented for residents, tenants, staff, and visitors.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing common areas, and restocking supplies, with opportunities for deeper cleaning projects and to support a safe,

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning residential and/or commercial properties is an asset.
• Physically able to perform lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and public washrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of commercial office spaces, meeting rooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and empty waste and recycling bins.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects, including carpet cleaning.
• Clean and maintain specialized amenity spaces such as fitness centres.
• Prepare vacant residential suites for move-ins, move-outs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with team to support a safe, clean property environment.
• Monitor, organize, and restock cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties to support daily operations.
