Forthright Properties in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a reliable Cleaner to join our Property Operations team. You will maintain cleanliness in residential suites and common areas, handle turnover cleaning, and support our communities.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow safety procedures, and good communication with residents and contractors. A Manitoba Class 5 license and willingness to use a vehicle are assets.

Qualifications

• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s licence or equivalent.
• Clear Criminal Record Check.
• Residential/commercial/janitorial cleaning experience is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacant suites and common areas.
• Assist with turnover cleaning and month-end unit prep.
• Sanitize hallways, lobbies, and mechanical rooms.
• Empty garbage and recycling; proper waste disposal.
• Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
• Follow health and safety procedures with cleaning products.
• Identify maintenance concerns and report to Maintenance Team.
• Provide courteous service to residents, contractors, and staff.
