Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Kingston, Belleville and Trenton is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to perform general housekeeping at assigned commercial buildings. You will dust, wipe, sanitize bathrooms, empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain floors to high standards.

Candidates should have reliable communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A Vulnerable Sector Police Check is preferred, and safety policies must be followed.

Qualifications

• Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
• Minimum of one (1) years of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned.
• Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors.
• Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins.
• Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins.
• Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep/mop all hard floors
• Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required)
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies
