Job summary

Broadstreet Properties is hiring a Cleaner for East Concordia Landing apartments in Winnipeg, MB. You will maintain clean common spaces and assist with upkeep to support tenant wellness and a welcoming environment.

You will perform routine cleaning tasks, manage upkeep across entrances and hallways, and assist with small repairs as needed. This role requires attention to detail and dependable travel between sites as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to travel between sites as required

Responsibilities

• Maintain entrances and hallways
• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards
• Attend pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
• Complete small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required
• Support the general maintenance of the building’s exterior
• Other duties as required
