Homestead Land Holdings Limited in Kitchener, ON, is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our property management team. You will clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

The role requires ability to lift up to 20 kg, reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices. Weekend shifts every other week and 40 hours per week are included in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment)
• Reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices are essential

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges))
• Winter snow removal
• Other duties as required
