Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is hiring a Cleaner to support our Winnipeg tenants at East Concordia Landing apartments. You will keep entryways and common areas clean and present a friendly face to residents.

The role involves routine cleaning across sites, assisting with inspections and small repairs, and contributing to exterior upkeep. Travel between sites may be required. We offer a competitive wage starting at 16.80 to 21.00 CAD per hour plus benefits including extended health, vision,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining entrances and hallways.
• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards.
• Attending pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required.
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.
