Lookout Housing and Health Society is seeking a Tenant Support Worker to assist residents in achieving greater independence and stability. You will collaborate with the Site Manager to provide support, education, and skills training in alignment with Lookout’s mission and ethics.

Responsibilities include intake support, crisis intervention, finances and medication administration, and coordination with volunteers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Social Service or equivalent.
• Recent related experience or equivalent education is acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Participate in tenant intakes and provide support services.
• Identify challenges for tenants and develop service plans.
• Assist with crisis intervention and manage finances and medications as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain data records.
• Support volunteers and practicum students on site.
• Occasional external work and driving may be required.
• Maintain health and safety compliance during shifts.
