Job summary

Lookout Housing and Health Society is seeking a Program Support Worker to join our team. You will participate in tenant intakes, provide support services, and help with referrals, intake and orientation, while working within our health and safety expectations.

The role requires a Diploma in Community Social Services, two years of related experience, First Aid Level 1, and a valid Class 5 driver’s license. Shifts are 2300–0700, five days per week, with probation and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Social Services required.
• Grade 12 education with two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 certificate desirable.

Responsibilities

• participate in tenant intakes and provide support services.
• develop service plans and crisis intervention as needed.
• manage paperwork and maintain data.
• assist with volunteers and practicum students on site.
