Job summary

Concert Properties Ltd. is seeking a Resident Services Agent to support our GTA rental office. You will handle rental intake, tenancy paperwork, and daily office tasks while delivering excellent tenant relations.

You will coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, and liaison with maintenance while ensuring compliance with tenancy laws, safety codes, and internal standards. This role supports building operations and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act, Privacy Act, Building Code, Fire Code, OHSA.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Yardi.
Ability to lead and coach others.
Strong multitasking and deadline management.
Clear criminal record and consent to a background/credit check.

Responsibilities

Attend to rental of vacant suites: process applications, perform credit checks, prepare tenancy agreements.
Coordinate move-in/move-out with maintenance; manage elevator scheduling.
Conduct move-in/out inspections and regular property inspections.
Provide positive tenant relations; handle repair requests and issues.
In absence of Community Manager, perform supervisory/administrative duties.
Coordinate on-site with contractors and suppliers; on-site visits.
Collect rent and process banking procedures; issue late notices and evictions when required.
Process invoices and maintain on-site records; order goods/services.
