Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in sales.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Problem solver; able to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Good listener with strong communication skills.
• English fluency required; French skills considered an asset in some regions.

Responsibilities

• Providing information to residents with exceptional customer care and responsiveness.
• Presenting suites and conducting property viewings.
• Accepting rental applications for review and processing.
• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient processing of applications and correspondence.
• Handling inquiries and maintaining regular contact with resident community for follow-up and resolution.
• Organizing and participating in Resident Community Events.
• Inspecting suites to ensure quality standards are met.
• Using internal systems to collect, record and track activities and items from clients.
• Contributing to a positive team environment by supporting team members.
• Performing other duties as required.
