Job summary

Bria Communities LP is seeking a front desk/administrative coordinator to greet visitors and residents, handle inquiries, and support daily operations in Delta, BC. You will maintain records, respond to emails, and assist with move-in/out processes while ensuring privacy and safety.

The role requires 2 years of hospitality or office experience, English fluency, and First Aid certification. Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic accounting skills are assets for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a daily communication log relevant to operations and residents.
  • Perform computer and digital filing duties, respond to emails, and update resident records.
  • Support all departments via employee management system to maintain staffing levels.
  • Assist move-in/out processes, manage key controls, and provide building orientation.
