Job summary

Thorwin Properties is seeking a dependable Resident Relations Manager to support operations across 300–500 units in Winnipeg. This non-live-in role requires daily travel between properties with a reliable vehicle.

You will be the primary contact for residents, assist leasing activities, conduct building inspections, coordinate maintenance, and maintain accurate records while upholding Thorwin standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, customer service, hospitality, or building operations is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively while overseeing multiple buildings.
• Basic maintenance or cleaning knowledge is helpful.
• Comfortable using email, digital tools, and property management systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents across your assigned buildings.
• Support leasing activities, including showing suites and assisting prospective tenants.
• Conduct regular building inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Thorwin standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with Thorwin’s service team and external contractors.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and administrative records.
• Uphold building policies and foster a respectful, community‑oriented environment.
• Respond to urgent issues or after‑hours needs as required.

We are seeking a dependable, community focused Resident Relations Manager to support operations across a portfolio of 300–500 units.
