The role emphasizes one-to-one support, program documentation, cooperation with staff, and adherence to safety and infection control policies. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required; CPR and First Aid are prerequisites.

Formación

• Must have a degree or diploma in Therapeutic Recreation or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent documentation.
• Experience in one-to-one or group program planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and evaluate resident activity programs to meet diverse resident needs.
• Set up activity areas and assist with transporting residents to programs.
• Maintain program records and participate in care conferences and related committees.
