Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in property management or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant interaction, team collaboration, and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive tenant relationships through proactive communication and prompt resolution of inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
• Take ownership of leasing efforts to ensure high occupancy levels through active marketing, lead follow-up, tours, and closing leases.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to ensure prompt resolution of work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Oversee rent collection and ensure timely resolution of delinquencies in coordination with accounting and legal support.

• Support the development and management of annual operating budgets and track actuals against targets.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, building codes, and internal policies; respond to incidents professionally.

• Submit regular operational and financial performance reports to regional leadership.
