Job summary

Strategy Recruitment Group is seeking a capable Property Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day and financial aspects of multiple residential properties in Halton Region. You will ensure high standards of service, compliance, and financial control while coordinating teams across sites.

The role requires 3+ years of property experience, supervisory exposure, and strong knowledge of tenancy regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of residential tenancy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential properties.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants and residents.
• Supervise and support superintendents and site staff.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
• Respond to tenant issues, complaints, and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable residential tenancy legislation.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contractors.

• Prepare and manage operating budgets.
