Job summary

CAPREIT Apartments seeks a Property Administrator to be the frontline liaison, building strong relationships and delivering leasing excellence across its communities in Canada. The role focuses on resident satisfaction and timely onboarding of new residents.

You will own the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding, monitor vacancies, collect payments, and coordinate moves with the maintenance team. A background in customer service and MS Office is essential, with SAP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service, sales, office administration or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
• Proven ability to address concerns and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and deliver excellence to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Own the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding new residents; monitor vacancies and meet targets.
• Collect payments, inspect properties and coordinate moves and maintenance requests.
