Strategic Group in Edmonton is seeking a proactive Resident Experience Manager to lead the resident journey from move-in through renewal and move-out. You will be the primary contact, building strong relationships, addressing concerns, and supporting retention across residential properties.

Applicants should be flexible to work some evenings and weekends. Familiarity with leasing, renewals, and property management platforms like Yardi Voyager is an asset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential property management or related resident-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable planning and facilitating resident events and community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents throughout tenancy.
• Build positive resident relationships and provide responsive, professional service.
• Address resident concerns and complaints promptly, escalating complex matters as required.
• Lead move-in/move-out experiences to ensure a welcoming and consistent standard.
• Plan and host resident events, activities, and community engagement initiatives.
• Gather resident feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the resident experience.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs of common areas and maintain site presentation standards.
• Support suite readiness to ensure a positive first impression for incoming residents.
• Partner with Regional Portfolio Manager on occupancy, retention, and site performance.
