Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Barrie, ON, is hiring a Server to join Aspira Waterford Barrie. You will assist with meal preparation and service, ensuring a safe, clean, and pleasant dining experience for residents each day.

You’ll work in a fast-paced setting, contributing to a culture that values dignity, respect and meaningful daily life for seniors. Relevant Smart Serve or SIRS designation and a year of dining room service are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Smart Serve or Serve It Right designation and one year dining room service experience.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Safe Food Handling Certification preferred.
• Experience with seniors and aging process is an asset.
• Strong customer service and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ health and well-being by assisting with meal preparation and service.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and pleasant dining environment daily.
• Contribute to the home culture by helping residents live fully each day.
• Promote hospitality and high service standards.
