Job summary

COGIR Real Estate’s Villa Saguenay residence seeks a full-time Quality of Life Advisor (Leasing Agent) for 40 hours weekly. The role focuses on renting units, conducting visits, negotiating contracts, and handling administrative tasks to support tenants.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-service mindset, sales skills, and strong communication. A team-oriented, autonomous, and organized approach is valued.

Purpose of the position

Our welcoming residence, Villa Saguenay, is currently seeking a full-time Quality of Life Advisor (Leasing Agent), 40 hours per week.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Rent out vacant apartments in the building
• Conduct visits and negotiate rental contracts
• Make the appointment
• Prepare folders to give to customers
• Write the rental agreement
• Produce rental activity reports and process renewal requests, as needed
• Meet the needs of building tenants in a courteous, quick and efficient manner
• Update the various administrative forms

The ideal person has :

• Customer service oriented approach
• Demonstrated sales skills
• Skills developed for communication
• Focused on teamwork and collaboration
• Autonomy, dynamism, versatility, sense of organization and initiative

Required qualifications :

• degree in the field
• 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
• Ability to use IT tools
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
• Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
• Good knowledge of sales techniques
• Knowledge of senior living residences is a major asset.
